The Price Match Guarantee will only apply to bookings for a Hotels and Holiday/Travel packages it does not apply if you book a flight only.
The Price Match Guarantee will only apply to bookings made in Kenya on www.bellasafaris.com website or quoted by our staff and sent to you via email only which are then compared to offers made on another website or quoted and quotation sent via email address that is priced in Kenya shillings
We must receive your email requesting the Price Match Guarantee within 24 hours of you booking the Hotel or Travel package. The Price Match Guarantee request must be emailed to the address, and include all of the required supporting information, specified above.
Before we can accept your request, we must be satisfied that: (a) the Hotel or Holiday package and the product you found on the other website/travel agent are identical (including, as applicable, the same class of service on the flight, the same flight number, and the same room type, board basis and cancellation terms at the same hotel); and (b) the product you found on the other website was available to book on that website/Travel agent (i.e. not subject to availability or on request) at the time you took your screenshot, and is priced fully and accurately.
The Price Match Guarantee will not apply if the cheaper offer on the other website is obtained via a limited time promotion, promo code, cash back, coupon, voucher or member’s discount.
When assessing your request, we will only compare total product prices (which will include the cost of the product plus handling and delivery charges as well as any taxes, fees or other charges, whether payable at the time of booking or on departure or arrival).
We can only make payments onto the card used to make the original booking.
We reserve the right to change or withdraw the Price Match Guarantee at any time.
* If you book a holiday on our website and later find a cheaper rate on another website, we will refund you the difference in price between what you paid us and the price that you found elsewhere. In addition to that, your refund will also include a sum reflecting a 5% discount on the price that you saw on the other website. This is in order to guarantee that our Top Secret Hotels are always a minimum of 10% cheaper than on other websites. This is subject to the terms and conditions mentioned above.
